Our Interview Guarantee
The Disability Confident scheme includes a guaranteed interview for any disabled applicant who meets the minimum or essential requirements for a job.
When you complete your application form you will find a question around the ‘Guaranteed Interview Scheme’. If you feel that you have a disability as defined in this section, please indicate yes to this question. Providing that you meet the minimum criteria for the job, you will then be invited for interview.
Your Guaranteed Interview details will only be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team and shared with the Hiring Manager where required. Please note: a request under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme does not guarantee you a job. At interview, the best candidate will be offered the post, based on the skills, experience and knowledge demonstrated.
